OMAHA, NEBRASKA, December 15, 2006 — TRXdata, Inc., completed the acquisition of a new processing facility located in Omaha, Nebraska.  The acquisition is intended to accommodate expected growth in 2007 for processing requirements from a number of existing and future clients. 

The TRXdata facility will be built-out in the coming months and will become operational by June 2007.  The services that will be provided to clients from the new Omaha facility will be finance-and-accounting BPO services as well as call-center services.

TRXdata Completes Acquisition of New Processing Facility

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, November 1, 2006 — Denver based Frontier Airlines, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRNT), a major U.S. airline, has signed a multi-year contract with TRXdata, Inc., for revenue accounting services. 

TRXdata will perform the revenue accounting functions that were previously performed by approximately 50 Frontier employees.  The contract with TRXdata allows Frontier to recognize dramatic cost savings while benefiting from improved revenue accounting services.

TRXdata Achieves Record Revenue Growth During 1st Quarter

TRXdata in Strategic Partnership with Softec GmbH for Revenue Accounting Application Services

TRXdata Implements New 877 Service

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, November 1, 2007 — TRXdata, Inc., announced today it has completed implementation of its new toll-free 877 telephone number.   

“Although TRXdata has utilized a toll-free number for the last several years, the new 877 number is a simplified number that is easy-to-remember”, said Victor Perkins, TRXdata’s business development manager.  He continued, “With the new number mated to our dynamic phone system, no TRXdata employee, regardless of their location on the globe, is beyond reach of a customer, prospective customer, or other employee.” 

The new number, 877-860-1001, will operate in concurrence with the existing toll-free number until December 31, 2007, at which time it will permanently replace the existing toll-free number.
